Practical, easy to read tutorials & instructional designs

I’m now in my seventh year of publishing a tip of the week series on Microsoft Office and other common software topics. This started as a way to help colleagues in my immediate work group of 10 and has now grown to a distribution of over 1000+ people, with site visitors from over 130 counties.  This very popular email format is supplemented by an associated blog which serves as an archive and a location for comments & questions. http://miketips.wordpress.com
